A beautiful heritage style ambience with good seating and standing space. We tried their summer special coolers Mango with ice cream, Custard mango with honey, Mango lassi & Mango milk shake was definitely a summer delight. Cream of mushroom soup, baby corn pepper dry, paneer starters and veg noodles were tasty. Also had dahi Puri in chats this dahi Puri comes with sprouts in filling for sprout lovers. Good family dining restaurant.

Highly disappointed with the service at this branch. I've visited almost all the branches of Pakashala, but this branch is too poor with respect to service and food quality. None of the ordered food were served hot, not even the soup. Waiters don't respect customers words, they act according to their comfort, too arrogant, lethargic and careless. Taste was below average and quantity doesn't match the price. Quality and quantity should be improved. Apart from ambience nothing seems good.

The service was poor. We went there for breakfast. There wasn't much of a crowd, but still the order taker attended us late. The server served the food to the next customers who came there after us, and we had to wait.

Not only do they sell food that is stale and has extremely bad kitchen hygiene, they also have a pool of water that is filled with algae/dreadful bacteria which is a cesspool for Dengue and other mosquito borne illnesses too. Please note, the kitchen is just beside this unhygienic water where critters/ insects have full access to food preparations and eating area. Because of the hygiene conditions here, i requested a change in seating area, from self service area to the service section, as it was fully empty. The manager agreed initially, but after i finished my food the staff & manager had issues with the change in seating, and started arguing with me about the seat change. This was both extremely confusing and a very unpleasant experience. The manager seems to be an absolute imbecile in handling customer grievance. Terrible experience, never going back to this restaurant. The dosa I ordered was the most stale, rubbery dosa I’ve ever had. Vomit inducing.

Last week I visited to this Paakashala Heritage branch firstly half of the items on the menu are not available secondly I have ordered a Gudbid waited in the hall which is very hot with my wife no one bothered to ask or to check on us thirdly after 20 min there is no one to make and serve us Gudbid and the man in the fruit counter dont have a clue to make Gudbid item..we had to cancel the order take the oney and ur reception don't have the courtesy to say sorry too just gave back the money in cash and bend down with his work..this is not the first time this delay happened . If this is the way u guys serve soon you will see customers slow down that's what happened to the Brahmin hotel beside your hotel..pl take care before it's too late anyways I am not gona visit this place though it beside my house .

I am writing this review after visiting this restaurant for the third time. We went here for breakfast, ordered Paper masala dosa and poori sagu. Its the worst dosa I ever had, it was half cooked. Poori was too oily and sagu was salty. We had the same experience from our previous visits and never liked the food here. Other branches of paakshala server more better food than this. I would not suggest this place to anyone.

Food is really not good, very spicy.. We had visited with family - ordered masala papad,hot n sour soup,Veg clear soup,baby corn Chilli,roti and Veg curry... baby corn Chilli taste was not good,very spicy,We had to leave it and the curry was spicy inspite of requesting them ti make it less spicy .. pani puri's puri was not crispy,hot n sour soup had some kind of masala extra spicy

Most useless restaurant charging hefty price. They can’t even get their basic Sambar right. Masala dosa was sour and pathetic. Bisi bele bath was at its worst. Pl don’t spoil the Karnataka name as bisi bele bath is karanatakas own food. This is a narakashaala. No elementary knowledge of paaka shastra.

Cost is too high compared to other restaurants near by and they don’t accept deals in apps which they have registered.
