Finally tried Pabrai’s, and now I totally get the hype. The quality really stands out, and you can tell they don’t compromise on ingredients. The outlet is clean, the staff is friendly, and the service is quick too. No artificial aftertaste, just rich, creamy ice cream made with real ingredients. Every scoop is smooth, flavorful, and perfectly balanced without being overly sweet.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a really lovely experience at Pébrais! The ice creams are fresh, creamy, and full of flavour, with a great variety to choose from. I especially loved the unique flavours and the fresh waffle cone. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. This was hands down the most pathetic experience I’ve ever had at an ice cream shop. We were a group of four and tried just six flavours in total — and shockingly, the staff began accusing us of being there just for "freebies"! One of them rudely claimed that we had taken two scoops just for tasting — I honestly don’t know what kind of math they were using. The worst part? He directly said to us, “Kuch lena bhi hai ya sirf timepass karne aaye ho? Free mein ice cream khaane aaye ho?” Absolutely unacceptable behavior. Even major ice cream chains like Naturals, which have heavy footfall, never discourage tasting. Ironically, this place had zero customers — and after this encounter, it was crystal clear why. To top it all, he raised his voice at my husband and continued accusing us as if we were doing something wrong. We walked out disgusted and humiliated. I strongly urge others to avoid this place. There’s no respect for customers here. Don’t waste your time or money.

Extremely disappointing experience. This is by far the worst ice cream parlour I’ve ever visited. I went with three friends, and after sampling just four flavours between all of us, the staff rudely told us we couldn’t try any more. We decided to leave, and instead of handling it professionally, a staff member made snide remarks like, “Why did you even come here?” This level of customer service is unacceptable. If this is how you treat your customers, it's no surprise if your business struggles to survive. I will definitely not be returning, and I won’t be recommending this place to anyone.
