The restaurant looks small but the taste of foods are awesome. I tried mushroom Manchurian, Daal Khichdi, mushroom chilli, Veg Noodles. I stay for 10 days at Banglore and I always prefer to eat from Pai Vihar. Zomato door to door service is awesome as well.

This is my usual breakfast place. Located very close to the Bangalore Cantonment railway station, this restaurant serves quick and quality south Indian food. A good meal complete with coffee will cost close to fifty rupees here. The service is very fast and the ambiance is pretty good. There's outdoor and indoor seating to enjoy the nice morning weather of Bangalore while sipping your cup of tea or coffee. Also the place opens up as early as seven in the morning so it's a great place for the early risers out there.

1+2 Rate here!!!😐 Even though taste is good it's costly for the food ! It's like there is no near b my restaurants so there is no Choice for the people!!😊 Too much crowded!! 😐 We ordered Shavige bath and Rice bath and Tomoato Soup!! Taste was Okay type! We would have drank water instead of soup! 😐 Overall all 3/5🤗

Food - 4 Ambiance - 3 Food tastes good here. Place doesn't have table service. Ambiance is just decent. Sometimes place gets crowded. Overall nice place to have food.

I have been a regular customer of the Pai chain of outlets since the past 3 decades now. So when I had to wait for a friend last week, I decided to head to this outlet & while away my time by grabbing something to eat.I first ordered an idly-vada & must admit the the vada was quite well done, crunchy and fresh too. It was great to dunk it in the sambhar & to gulp it down.  The idli was a sorry affair, as it was neither fluffy nor was it very tasty when I had it with the sambhar. The chutney was probably stale, as it wasn't good to taste.  I next ordered a masala dosa & this was the saving grace as it was well cooked & the palya inside was yummy too.  Up next was the pani-poori. The pooris were fresh & crunchy, but unfortunately the pani wasn't as tasty as I would have liked it to be & I ended up burping the whole evening after having had it. To end the day, I asked for a cup of tea & this was a really strong-kadak chai & I had no complaints about this though. I wanted to have some Kesari baat too, but the manager said that it was served only during breakfast hours, so I didn't get to taste this either.Overall it was a very disappointing visit for me. Even though  the place is neat & tidy & the staff are very helpful, the food is somehow not upto the mark. Whats the use of a good ambiance, polite hosts and guests too, when your food is really not upto the mark? I don't think I will be back at this place, unless they improve their quality asap.

A nice place in Vasanthnagar. But extremely costly and not worth the money. I tried samosas and lime juice. Samosa was extremely salty and not at all good. This was with sev onions with Chutney, which wasn't good either. Lime juice was pretty good, with mix of sweet and salt. Go ahead and try the South Indian meals which is comparatively way better! You can either sit inside or outside with chairs. But there is very less seating space. It's a self service place and waiting time is not much.

PATHETIC RESTAURANT !!! DONT COME to this place !!!!! With pathetic staff. Don't make the mistake of ordering or dining in this place. I could literally see every other cook taking n eating whatever is cooked with their bare hands n kept ready to serve. When I complained they argued that they were checking the salt. How pathetic and stupid. So according to them anybody can enter the kitchen and put bare hand to your food and eat. Cleanliness and basic hygeine and manners are nothing here.

i have ordered at 8.45pm and they came out saying that the ordered item is over and the pongal was totally smash and full of salt . i could not eat , its really disappointing to me . slept with out dinner for that day ...

Fried rice here stinks and quality of food is zero. They don't know what the word service means, better to shutdown the hotel. Pai vihar vasanth nagar, worst taste I have ever tasted.
