Service can be improvised.. most of the time staff will be inside kitchen only .. lot if efforts in calling them to serve or order.. food also not like Hyderabad paradise

The food is good But the service was average, few items were severed in plastic utensils which is absolutely not ok. Less no.of staff members, which slowed down the service, and were not aware of what was happening

Paradise Biryani, JP Nagar – A Masterclass in False Advertising & Customer Disrespect! If you’re thinking of heading to Paradise Biryani, JP Nagar, don’t fall for their fake promises like we did. Our experience was an absolute disaster, and here’s why: 🔥 No Live Screening – A Blatant Lie They advertised a live screening for the India vs. Pakistan match, but when we arrived, there was no screen. We wasted 1.5 hours, expecting them to set it up, only to realize it was never going to happen. 💸 Scam Alert – False Discounts They sent flashy promotional messages promising ₹200 off, but when it was time to pay, they conveniently refused to honor it. False advertising at its worst! 👎 Clueless Staff & Terrible Service Instead of addressing our concerns, the staff gave us vague excuses and had zero accountability. No solutions, no apologies—just a frustrating runaround. Why advertise what you can’t deliver? Why lure customers in with fake offers? If this is how they treat customers, they don’t deserve your time or money. Avoid this place unless you enjoy being deceived.

please never ever order the family mutton biriyani from this restaurant, it's a very bad experience. family pack means it's a bucketful of left out biriyani rice . The cost of this bucket family biriyani was rs 1890-/ its worth less. raised a complaint after seeing the biriyani. They were least bothered about the customer satisfaction
