the food was good no doubt, everything we tried clicked , but the pizza was lil disappointing. Service can be highly improved.. although quick ..it was ignored several times, ambiance can be better. different zones can be made for smoking and non smoking.

The appetisers were good , but the main course needs more attention. The ambience also needs more work in terms of alternative power source , and a planned exit when lift stops working. Otherwise it’s good but if the restaurant wants to stay in business for long … needs a foolproof revision .

⭐ Overhyped place with terrible service! Had a very disappointing experience at Paros Kitchen & Brewery. The waiter was extremely rude, unwelcoming, full of attitude, and barely made eye contact. Absolutely no basic courtesy or hospitality. We ordered 3 dishes and waited 20 minutes, only to be told they were unavailable. We then ordered different dishes after confirming their availability, waited another 20 minutes, and were AGAIN told they weren’t available! Making customers wait 20 minutes repeatedly before informing them is unacceptable and shows poor coordination and zero respect for customers’ time. More hype than actual hospitality! The ambience and popularity mean nothing when the service is this bad. Management seriously needs to improve staff behaviour and customer service. Would not recommend!

The overall food experience was disappointing, as most of the dishes were below expectations and lacked flavour. However, their signature pizza was absolutely mind-blowing! 🍕 It was delicious, perfectly prepared, and definitely the highlight of the meal. Hopefully, they can improve the quality of the other dishes, because the pizza shows that the restaurant has great potential.

terrible service. half the items in the menu are not available. staff is extremely arrogant. made us wait for 30 min only to say that the items we ordered were not available. would NOT recommend
