Food was good but had to wait standing for an hour before getting a seat and again for half an hour to get the food itself.It was too crowded.Only went because District app showed a slot,I think there is a glitch in the app, shouldn't have allowed a reservation when restaurant was overcrowded☹️

had to wait for around 20mins. the waiter was delaying to take order and further delay for bringing the items, the French fries were given wrongly that to after reminding multiple times. not a good place to go. there were giving more importance for the delivery guys who came for order pick-up.

Visited this Italian restaurant recently and had a mixed experience. Starting with the positives — the food was genuinely good. The jalapeño cheese croquettes were excellent and definitely the highlight of the meal. The restaurant is also quite spacious with a pleasant ambience, making it a comfortable place to sit and dine. Unfortunately, several service and hygiene issues really affected the overall experience. The cocktail/mocktail station was extremely noisy because of the mixer running constantly, which disrupted the atmosphere. The mocktails themselves were also overly sweet, almost like dessert rather than drinks. Service could have been much better. The waiters didn’t clearly explain the available wine offers, which made ordering a bit confusing. More importantly, there were flies on the table, and at one point I even found an insect on my wine glass, which was quite off-putting and not something you expect at a restaurant of this level. They also didn’t offer sparkling wine by the glass, though I understand that can sometimes be limited by inventory or policy. Overall, the biggest issue was that the staff didn’t make us feel particularly welcomed or looked after, which really impacts the dining experience. After this, we ended up heading straight to Chianti to make up for the evening. Hope the restaurant works on the service and hygiene aspects, because the food and space definitely have potential.

Extremely sad to see the downfall of one of my favourite Italian place. Staff: untrained, inexperienced & not interested. Food: quality has gone down from a 9/10 to 6/10! It’s more of a hype now! It use to be good food and excellent service before.
