Came here for lohri celebration. Occasion was makkar sakranti and had booked table through bookmyshow. No decoration done except 4 cane sticks and barley 6-7 kites across the premises. Price for 4 through booomyshow was 1200/-. Additional cover charge of 1300/- paid on entry. 1. Menu is very average with limited options. The menu card itself was just a laminated paper where lamination was wearing out 2. Server mixed up orders and brought chicken malai tikka instead of paneer malai tikka. Then forgot to get paneer tikka also. When it came it was bland. 3. Water wasn't offered unless asked. When asked, was given plastic disposable cups to drink water in 4. Ambience is decent. might be better during day, but its dingy during night. 5. DJ was apparently supposed to be a good one. Didn't turn out that well in person. So it cost me 3.5k for a very unpleasant evening and we didn't even see the bonfire. Finally decided to have main course at another restaurant.

Cocktail was the worst experience I have ever had in a pub or restaurant. Staff has no clue about drinks. I ordered a customised/special cocktail suggested by staff but the cocktail was terrible, I'm not sure what all he mixed. The final bill charged too much price just for the sake of a special customised drink, almost 4x, and I had to pay.

This place is very unhygienic, do not trust the paid reviews on google. The staff and event organisers are pathetic. They have a tricking A4 size printed paper for a menu card.. this is not what you expect for the price they charge. The food is very below average, you’ll get the exact same food from a street vendor.

Worst service and food …booked 2weeks before and when we went bad service, food took more than a hour or hour and a half to come post ordered, rotti was bad and paneer was spoiled, most of the food that we ordered didn’t come. Cat was licking all plates.. unfortunately was unable to take pics. The worst place ever

very bad experience. For event they charged entry already and then cover charges which was not mentioned. The manager and the waiter was not friendly and gave no response. very sad. I take it as learning to never come here. I recommend the same to you. don't come ever

They charged extra entry for EDM night along with cover charges. Waiter refused to take bill from zomato even though Zomato mentioned 35% off on all days.

Staff is very rude. they denied payment through Zomato until the discussion went to Physical harassment by their staff.
