Right from the service, food and ambience, everything was exceptional. I would definitely say that it is the best Italian restaurant we have in our city and Chef Giuseppe and his team are extremely warm and great at their art of making food. Special mention to the warm and professional service that was provided wherein they took the time to explain the ingredients, taste and what to expect out of the food I had ordered. The Risotto Cacio, pepi e sesami was so exquisitely tasty and one of the best risotto I have had. And also loved the chocolate cake fondant, my new go to cheat crave for sure, literally the best! Quantity and quality at its best. Would definitely go back to this experience.

I was meaning to visit Pinocchio for a long time. Finally it was the rain gods that got me here. Got stuck in the rains and walked in. I ordered a simple pasta but it was so flavourful. It is a lovely place but less crowded so pls go and make this place popular. The chef is Italian, I understand, and the food was as close to authentic that I have eaten in Italian restaurants in Europe. Visit the place, you wont be disappointed.

Service was extremely slow and the food quality was way way way below expectations. Plus they skipped one of items ordered. Super disappointed! The place wasn’t worth the hype. :(
