It's extremely rare to have a terrible experience with a reputable brand like Pizza Hut, but unfortunately, during a recent online delivery through Zomato, their specific outlet and Zomato mishandled my order so severely that it never got delivered. This left me with no choice but to order from another restaurant. Both Pizza Hut and Zomato could have easily shrugged off the responsibility, but it's the mark of a responsible brand to take ownership and resolve the issue, which they both failed to do.

The pizza was ice cold. Food quality was bad. It was bland. In addition to this, there was no dips, no oregano, and no tissues. My appromixate 650 rs went to nothing.
