James helped us through it all and provided good service but the process of ordering was a little hassle as there’s no proper network and physical menu, the wings were less spicy and everything tasted the same to be honest, it isn’t like what it used to be before

The pizza was tasty but The Chicken pepper fry was really bad, the quantity was small, too much flavour of curry leaves and just full of black pepper. They should get that out of the menu. Few of the staffs are unattentive, some are great.

Extremely disappointing experience at Plan B. Honestly, this was one of the worst pub experiences I’ve had. The food quality itself was questionable, and there was practically no ambiance or atmosphere. We were literally the only two people in the area, which made the whole place feel completely deserted. The maintenance and cleanliness were also very poor. The most unacceptable part was when a rat came onto our table while we were eating and started trying to eat our food. That was absolutely shocking and completely ruined the experience. For the amount of money we spent, I genuinely don’t feel the experience was worth it. A pub should at least maintain basic standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and ambiance, and unfortunately, this place fell far short of those expectations. Very disappointing experience. I would definitely not recommend it based on my visit.

when we booked through zomato, they told we get free shooters. but they served something similar to juice instead of shooters. only after we questioned they gave us actual shooters . speak up and get your free shooters .
