We had a dinner at Hangover, HSR today. The food was very tasty, especially Chicken pepper fry. The service(Ujjwal) was good too.

DO NOT VISIT. The staff demanded my personal mobile number before allowing me to place an order. When I refused, I was told to leave. When I questioned this policy, a staff member became aggressive and repeatedly asked me to come outside and “see him” in person, clearly attempting to intimidate me. His behavior was threatening and seemed on the verge of turning physical. No manager was present, no apology was offered, and the entire experience was shockingly unprofessional. What should have been a simple lunch turned into one of the worst customer experiences I’ve had. Avoid at all costs.
