Service was very slow. We had to remind them multiple times on our main course order. Food was below average. We ordered amritsari fish tikka, butter chicken, 2 tandoori roti and 1 sweet lassi. The sweet lassi was more diluted and was ‘too’ much sweet. Felt like extra sugar was poured. Fish tikka was average. After the order we received lassi within 5 minutes. Fish tikka came after 30 minutes. And after multiple reminder main course came almost 1 hour since our order. I wouldn’t recommend this place. The only different experience is the food getting delivered in small trains. People can go there to experience that ambience.

We visited Platform 65 on Bannerghatta Road specifically for the unique train-themed dining. While my child absolutely loved the train concept and seeing the food arrive on tracks, the rest of our experience was very disappointing. The service was unprofessional, and the food itself was incredibly poor—completely bland and tasteless. For a bill of ₹2,476 for 2 pax, the quality simply did not match the creative atmosphere. Great for the novelty, but the food and service need significant improvement.

the soup served was complete cold no taste. he starters served was cold and when complained the staff had no regret not even a sorry the manager said tgat the food went cold due to AC while coming from the kitchen. ironacally the AC was also not working properly. pethetic service and pethetic food.

service was absolutely terrible. For restaurant themed around trains, it felt like the waiter was trying his best to be like the TT. We had to wait more than 15min and ask them 5 times for them to take our order. Same thing happened when we asked for water. Horribly disheartening experience.

I had been at the place 2.5 years ago and the experience was amazing. Had been there again today nd the experience was completely reverse. The food was cold, burnt and tasteless. The staff was too rude.

I booked at 2 pm and got a seat at 3 and we went bcoz of the train theme for the kid it's not working at all severing manually no maintenance not worth going The food was ok ok only
