The ambience is awesome, and the train-themed experience was enjoyable and unique. The staff were generally attentive, helpful, and readily available. However, the food did not meet expectations—it was below average in terms of taste. The rotis were particularly disappointing, as they tasted stale. Overall, it’s a great place for the ambience and experience, but the food quality needs significant improvement.

The service sucks big time. Even though the restaurant was not crowded, they did not have much idea about what’s going on. We went there with high hopes thinking it’s a popular and highly-rated restaurant and travelled all the way for the whole novelty for kids etc - but we were really underwhelmed with the experience. The food was OK though.

extreme delay in service. Had to wait almost 45bmin just to get water. ordered chinese starter and noodles hoping for faster service but got out 1st starter after almost 1hr that too after asking for multiple times. Okay ok food not worth the price. Saw some un-hygienic practices as well. Like kids and others touching the food coming on the toy train. had to cancel one dish because they started just wasting our time with the service.

wait time was unorganised...food was very average...menu options were limited and understaff with delay in order taking and even smallest things no one was available...the trains was interesting concept but alone it was not worth the wait.

The food was worst ,felt like it was the day before food or the morning ones.Didnt expect this from such a branded food chain.Pricing was too high compared to food quantity.Wouldnt visit it next time.

Horrible hot and sour soup ! Pach mirchi andra biriyani wasnt spicy and was distastful. Pathetic service. I wouldn’t recommend to visit.
