Polar Bear, Electronic City was a great experience. I had DBC and 2 scoops of Vanilla and Choco Chips. It tasted fantastic and super delicious. The experience was really good. Thank you.

Visited multiple polar bear outlets in Banglore. This was disappointing as there was no cooling inside the store. Taste of the icecream is good but outlet needs to take care of cleaning of the table and cooling.

Extremely disappointed with the ice cream and staff over there. On the name of Falooda they are adding vermicelli and staff is arguing that this what it is in menu. However, in menu nothing is mentioned. I mean how can these guys fool people and selling vermicelli on the name of falooda ice cream. Staff and Manager both are least interested in listening the feedback and without listening they walked away. This kind of behaviour is totally unacceptable. Polar bear chain should take a look into this kind of issue if they want to scale.

The ice-cream is good as always but the problem is with the guy who sits at the counter. The behaviour is absolutely unacceptable. You can't treat a customer as if you are doing a favour by serving them food for which they have paid. This guy lacks a basic sense of hospitality. He denied me a card payment and then denied providing the bill and claimed that he owns the business. It's better to order from a separate franchise of this chain rather than buying from this shop. Disgrace!
