One of the coolest place to hangout in aecs layout Located on the main road of Aecs layout Has got good friendly ambiance The place is clean tidy and well maintained Has great options in ice creams especially in sundaes, with lots of flavours and toppings. There is an entire new section for takeaway sundaes and pastries A must visit place to make your day a happy sundae

i love polar bear DBC is my favorite . taste was good. we feel quantity could be more for the same price and clean packing.its a very good restaurant,every item is very good😍

Polar bear is ice cream sundae zone Death by chocolate is their speciality. I wish branch in "AECS layout " as well. Most try dry fruit special and gudbud😋

All we needed was a brownie. And we got a delicious one. They really customized it for us, out of the menu. And it was yum.

Ordered tiramisu Taste was okay.. wouldn't call it a tiramisu though.. I have tried food and desserts from a lot of places Tiramisu is supposed to be made with lady finger soaked in coffee.. and mascarpone with cocoa and coffee powder dusting on top.. Dusting was there.. But it's not supposed to be brownie and ice cream with it.. Probably the last time ordered from here.. Just don't mess up the classics like tiramisu and (souffle -example)

Manager lies about Zomato payment. When I said that I would be paying via Zomato, at first they said that that’s not possible. When I showed that Zomato allows payment, they said that that the day before people had tried to pay and they didn’t get the message. Then he says that I can take the risk to pay through Zomato. So in either scenario, they wanted me to pay directly without using my Zomato pro account which I had to do since the food was already made. I have not faced this issue in any of the polar bear branches. This behavior has ruined the entire experience. AECS brookefield branch has horrifically bad management

The receptionist took our order and then there was a power outage which caused him to forget that I had ordered something. He just stood at the reception for more than 45 minutes after which I asked him about our order to which he replied " Sorry sir I forgot! " THE LITERAL AUDACITY!!! Never visiting again. 1 star cause can't go any lower.

I was denied for a take away for chocoblock ice cream and the reason didnt make sense at all. I was ready to pay extra for the paper cup if it is not added in the bill but they bluntly denied saying this ice cream is to only eat inside their shop.
