Icecream made by manager was awesome with some extra nuts, nuts was baked properly, Cake was awesome tried ice cake for 1st time.

A perfect place for late night cravings…! We visited this Polar bear outlet around 11:00pm and spent about an hour chilling till midnight 12. The outlet is spacious, offers outdoor seating arrangement and got good number of tables for a reasonable crowd. We ordered icecream scoops of chocolate and pan, as usual they were delicious and flavourful. Outlet is maintained very well, clean and neat. Had a great time visiting here. PS: this is perfect 5 star place but cutting down a start for the negligence. The pavements at the entrance are broken and anyone could fall if the street lights aren’t that bright. Since they offer late night service, it’s better to fix it just to avoid some unfortunate events.

The polar bear is the perfect place for the ones who love yummlicious chocolate flavour, those crunchy cashews were awesome to taste , in total the combo of nuts, Chocolate cake with soft cream and ice cream is adorable to taste , and my DBC partner is my hubby always and forever 😍 {uid:157656147}

I visit their Whitefield store frequently and enjoy their desserts. I really like DBC and chocolate brownie fudge! However, their prices are on a higher side when compared to Corner House

We ordered ice cream from this Whitefield branch so can't comment on the ambience and services. We ordered one gud bud, one chocozilla and one dry fruit special sundae. The chocozilla and the dry fruit special was yummy , chocozilla was a combination of kit kat and gems with ice cream and cake whereas dry fruit special was having of loads of dry fruits. But what disappointed was the gudbud , I have already tasted this sundae in other branch of polar bear but from this branch it was not good enough.

we had to wait 30 mins for our order while other customers who came in later were also getting served. When I reached out to staff only to realize they did not even know about this order. A pay later option would correct this behavior as the customer would have the option to leave in case of delays / service issues.

Ordered death by chocolate from polar bear....there was no brownie in it...just 3 scoops of different flavors of icecream & chocolate syrup. Heard a lot abt death by choco from polar bear but was highly disappointed. not worth the money as well.
