Place is maintained Neatly, serving is good.. payment options are good ..they will play kannada songs too.. which is nice and we need to appreciate it.

Always nice to have death by chocolate from this place. It is perfect blend of chocolate and ice cream. Will order few more from this place.

This ploar bear franchise is on the Rammurthy nagar main road. The ice cream offerings are quite extensive. I had ordered the cream and cookie ice cream along with the kufi flavoured ice cream and I chose to have them in a waffle cone. The scoop size here is pretty big. Overall the icecreams were good and the pricing was affordable.

The taste of the icecreams is good, we had ordered dryfruits icecream. There is sufficient place to eat and parking space as well. The icecream didn't amaze me so much as compared to other dryfruits special icecream it was very plain but presentation is ok. Its not worth the price they charge.

DBC was yummy ❤️❤️ absolutely loved it. 🤩🤩 But I felt the quantity was less than expected. But taste and flavours were amazing 😍

very sad staff... I have been a very regular customer here and always order online.. first time I wanted to enjoy the ambience.. luckily there was a Valentine's day special where if the couple were dressed in same colour we get one free ice cream.. By coincidence we were in blue thus asked in the counter.. they suddenly went colour blind and said we were wearing green and grey and what not.. if u don't wana give Don show sich offers... I have stopped ordering here after tat.. sad..

I doubt whether they know how to make choco fudge such a horrible taste even after i suggested them to serve with hot chocolate sauce which they mentioned in their menu card.. But they served with cold chocolate sauce.. Don't try having there.. All the items are overpriced there... Not priceworthy.. Compared to them lasssi shop gives n serves better..

The order did not have nuts which was listed as description. The nuts were missing. I do not understand why the outlet does this. As customers, we see the ingredients and order as well as pay for the order entirely. Do we not pay money fully and I don't understand why you skip items. This is so frustrating and disgusting.

It says 20 percent discount is available. But on payment it is said that it is not applicable for parcel pickup. Don't see any logic.. understand for bulk purchases. This is very unfair

Had ordered a death by chocalte and brownie fudge sundae. But recieved a butter scotch instead of a brownie fudge.. Very disappointing
