Positives Overall food and service is good Negatives : Hidden charges and not useful discounts. 1. If you buy a bottle they charge 12% extra for Ice cubes and Glasses Usage 2. In food menu prices looks low but they charge 9% extra service charges ideally they should not charge service charges when we are paying GST 3. If you book your dining via Zomato you see attractive discounts. you get cash back discount in your Zomato account which can be used at another limited expensive bar and restaurant where you will end up paying more.

My experience at Pregame was an absolute disaster and nothing like the hype you see on reels and social media. What they promote and what you actually experience are completely different. They claim drinks are available at MRP — this is completely false. The liquor prices are extremely high, and the whole concept feels misleading. They also advertise drinks starting from around ₹149, but there are absolutely no drinks available at that price. This is clearly false marketing. The biggest disappointment was the menu. Almost 70–80% of the items were not available. None of the starters I asked for were available. Even after pointing at items and pictures, the staff kept saying everything was unavailable. Imagine visiting a place because of the menu and then being forced to order things you don’t even want because there is literally no choice. Even basic drinks like beer were not available. The food quality was poor, options were extremely limited, and the overall service felt unorganized and careless. Despite ordering very basic items that were not even our preference, we ended up paying almost ₹3000 for two people — absolutely not worth it and a complete waste of money. The reality is this place runs purely on social media hype. The vibe, crowd, service, pricing, and food quality are all below expectations. It was frustrating, disappointing, and honestly a regretful visit. I will definitely not be visiting again. Advice to anyone planning to go: don’t believe the reels, don’t go with expectations, and be prepared for limited menu, high prices, and disappointment — especially on weekends when they don’t even have basic items available.

The waiter-Mr Indra had the attitude of the punjabi singer whose song was playing in the pub! Did not give us the happy hour offer that was going on. Finally after some tussle he agreed got my beer and flicked open the beer bottles with the caps flying off on the floor with no regard for the aesthetics of the place. Food was okay. Almost every pub in kormangala will give good happy hour offers and good food. It was an absolute waste experience to be here.

Had a disappointing experience here. The food lacked taste, the tables were too small, and the chairs were extremely uncomfortable. Not worth the visit.
