Food at Priyadarshini Hotel, Basaveshwara Nagar, has always been good and it used to be one of our regular spots. But yesterday’s experience with a staff member, Divakar , was really disappointing. He messed up our order, and when we politely asked about the missing dish, he got rude and aggressive instead of helping. It honestly felt very embarrassing and spoiled our experience. The food is still nice, but customer service matters a lot too. Hope the management takes this seriously, because such behavior makes regular customers like us think twice about coming back.

worst service in the counter service boys very rude. .very bad service..... don't go I taken gobi Manchurian....not fried only. ...I asked to fry..... service boy answer rudely .....no pantience at all bad experience....i will never come again bad food

worst ever, waste of money and time. They mess up Basic cooking instructions and then play dumb. Never recommended.
