this place is priced like a 5 star hotel but the experience is average. The staff is courteous but the experience (cutlery, work out plates, basic decor) is very average.

We have been long-time fans of Punjab Grill, particularly jackfruit and mutton biryanis, but our recent visit to the Eco World branch was deeply disappointing. The chicken biryani we ordered was not fresh and had a strong, unpleasant smell of fermented curd. While the staff politely replaced it, the second serving was mediocre. certainly not the high-quality basmati or authentic dum-cooked style we expect for ₹900. Furthermore, the service was lacking. We had to ask for basic essentials like cutlery, water, and hand towels. Given the brand's reputation, this experience was well below standard.

Hey everyone, It was really the food that made me give this place 1 star. On average, you may end up spending around ₹2500 per head here. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The food tasted awful and bland — whether it was the kebabs, curries, or biryani, everything lacked flavor. I honestly don’t understand why people spend so much money here. I’m really disappointed with both the food and the overall service.

30 min waiting on a Sunday post which more than half the starters, main course and rotis were out of stock. the food is below average and so is the service. the customer would eventually order something on the menu even after all the hassle if they are hungry. go here if you wish to spoil your evening.
