The food was really amazing especially the chicken dum biryani and the sheek kebab... But had to wait for 30min for the order. Other than that everything was amazing and the staff too.

The food was just okay.. after we started having food a smoke came..that too of some live tandoori prawns or something for nearby table. even the fire alarm got on.. and we were not able to have food properly because of the bad smell coming from that table.. The waiters should consider others too.. everybody will not get adjusted with sea food dishes..I'll not visit there anymore.. i felt like vomiting that time..it was disgusting.

The chef cannot cater to the requirement, repeatedly requested for less spicy food but was provided with spicy food. Neither the taste was good. Very expensive for the quality of food served. Location wise may attract premium but has poor quality of food. The restaurant is always free shows there are no repeat visitors.

Terrible experience at Kanakpura road branch. We were greeted with table without napkins, without cutlery and without condiments. Non-veg platter arrived but I realised the fish was missing which was confirmed by the waiter upon questioning. Butter naan took forever to arrive so I cancelled it. Finger bowl arrived after the hands dried up. Pathetic experience which has ruined my liking for Punjab grill. Please don’t accept customers if you can’t maintain your service levels.

Post eating food, they insisted us to give the feedback. I did mention saying that I’ll give is sometime, and they said pls give now we need to click picture- picture of what? Of we giving what feedback? They ruined the entire experience of dining.
