You have to try the hazelnut latte here, it's perfecto! Ambience is lively and comforting enough to spend a good amount of time before the take off. Price to proportion is reasonable. Staff is courteous and service is quick.

Grabbed a quick bite before flight. The marble cake and donuts were ok huge portions though. The only minus point is the customer service isn’t good. Very slow

Really nice coffee, vegan milk available, which is great. Smoked salmon bagel was also yum. Highly recommend. The only thing is it’s slightly expensive.

A typical goto place when in airport before the flights, really like their coffees... But I must say that they have really degraded the quality of sandwiches they serve. The breads have gone very hard and chewy. Even the filling has been really bad these days. Was really fond of their sandwiches but now coffees are the only selling point per my experiences.

Had wait time for my connecting flight and it was still time for me to enter the lounge.. So decided to try this place out... Hot chocolate was very sweet... I cud not feel the hazelnut flavour at all... Croissants looked good but I dint try...

Worst customer service I've encountered in my whole life. Casher just doesn't care to speak or listen, nor does he have any knowledge of what's on the menu.

I ordered a camomile tea and cheese croissant. When you charge 170 bucks for hot water and a teabag, the least you can do is get the good kind of teabag. They were using run of the mill twinings teabag, that too from their cheapest range. The cheese croissant was horrible as you can see the cheese inside is hard even when piping hot, so I'm wondering where did they find such cheese! It also doesn't taste good, actually it has no taste, it's like eating bread! As if the bad food wasn't enough to dampen my mood right in the morning!! I asked them to provide a lid for the glass so I could take it with me, and the lid they gave ofcourse didn't fit. So as soon as I pick up the cup there is spillage and the hot beverage spilled on me. So yes this place burnt me, gave me bad food, cost me a lot of money! I would never ever recommend to anyone!

Very bad coffee. I had ordered a regular Americano for rs 345 (grossly overpriced) and it tastes horribly sour and acidic (slightly burnt too). How in the world can you charge a bomb and still not be able to maintain the quality!!!!

I spend a hefty price on the frappissimo. Not at all worth it. Even if i have paid upto 50 then also I would be dissappointmented. But i paid 300 for this and had some expectations and it was pretty bad.

Coffee was too hot. Burnt my tongue. Hazelnut coffee was too sweet for my liking. Very average place
