The place is hidden inside Raintree. It is definitely pretty and quaint but the service is quite bad. The guy at the counter was barely interested to serve. He was quite cranky I would say. I ordered an oat milk cappuccino and it was so so watery! When I told this to the guy at the counter he gave me some random explanation. The food displayed on the counter was mostly dessert. I later had a cortado which was much better than the cappuccino. If you want to work from this cafe please charge your laptop 100% as they will keep telling you to unplug the charger from the charging point. And also the place has no wifi so you need to use phone data.

The place is good and the outdoor scenery is a pleasure to enjoy. If you're looking for some unique Decor or dresses, it might suit your taste. If you're someone who is going to enjoy just the food, this place might not enlighten your taste buds. We ordered a hot chocolate, but the consistency was not upto the mark. Alfredo pasta on the other hand was my college canteen level. (Don't ask which college I studied at, I dropped out of college when I was in kindergarten) They didn't have the caramelized onion sandwich, so I opted for the bell pepper and baby corn sandwich, which was a little better. The staff could be more courteous and carry a smile on their face, place the food more gently on the table, and atleast tell what dish it is rather than just placing the plate on the table. The place could use some tissue holders on the table, along with basic cutlery and most importantly good service staff or a busser atleast. The place has a lot of potential, waiting to visit again and update my review. (Tips for someone going there, you can carry some books and a picnic blanket and sip some coffee/tea and enjoy the serene calmness)
