This place is known for their IceCreams and tawa pulav……they have a wide range of IceCreams to select within and the taste is really good…. The quality of the IceCreams are really good…. The taste of the tawa pulav is really nice and their other food menu is also good where you have a lot of options to choose and they have drive-in facility also…..which is a unique experience to get the food served to your car…..Strawberry milkshake is a must try and Panner Tawa Pulav is just awesome….. Fruit salad with IceCreams is 👌🏻 Just Amazing….with loaded fruits……

The taste of icecreams are really good. Totally worth a try. But unfortunately, the service is very poor. The waiters shld be taught how to tlk to customers, not at all helpful. U r forced to order via an app and elderly people were struggling to order and the waiter guy didn't help despite requesting. No parking space here

There are lots of varieties to choose from,but the prices are way too high as the name of the place suggests.You have to be 'RICH' to afford it

Other than ice cream, everything else was ok ok! There's a lack in the quality and taste of good food! Once upon a time, they used to serve the best of all dishes, now the prices are up but the taste has gone down! I am giving these 2 stars only for icecream they serve.

The Elvis Presley ice was very good .But a big put off was when I received my order in a plastic cup .Richie Rich needs to consider being more environment friendly .I’m surprised that they are being allowed to use a plastic container for parcel even today .

I would like to highlight an incident that occurred at the restaurant previously. I decided to take my family which includes my mother who is 70 years and my son 6 years old for some snacks and ice cream to Richie rich Seshadripuram and after we reached we found a car park right outside the restaurant and we decided to eat inside the restaurant and not ask for car service, as soon as we were entering the restaurant I was told to park the car somewhere or else or I will be fined by the police but it was ok to park if I get the car service didn’t make sense so I decided it was ok if get fined as I was with my mother and son and I didn’t want to make them cross the road so once the owner realised that this was not working then he said sir because someone from building will ask you to remove the car in case if they want to park there own car so it’s better if you go park it somewhere else so that you won’t be disturbed while eating so I said it doesn’t matter please let me know if in case someone did ask then I’ll move seeing this not work then he said you have to move because it’s not allowed to park and go inside as it was also a government holiday I knew all the offices were closed so no one would be coming to park anyway I didn’t want to argue with anymore and realised that it was his business time and he probably wanted to keep the car park free for the cars that come park take car service quickly and leave that way one car park will not be blocked and his business is running smoothly so insensitive, anyway I did move my car after some struggle and making it to the restaurant got to know that you need a phone to make an order through there app so there were no waiters went down and requested the owner to send some to take the order which he did on arriving to the table the waiter rudely that give me your phone I’ll show you how to order. I was shocked with the attitude of the restaurant I’ve been going to this restaurant ever since it was

The waiter is so rude and we literally wasted our entire time waiting there When called to seek guidance the owner is brainless and brags about how good his waiter is They are literally annoying I hope this restaurant closes soon and I hope he faces a huge loss this year Happy new year to team Richie rich I hope they face loss this year and close this hotel for such horrible hospitality which is mandate for hotel

Most over rated and over priced ice cream. They still use plastic cups till date, no consideration of being environment friendly. Most of all extremely over priced. There are better places that offer value for money

Very high pricing for the small portion of ice cream on all varieties. last place to visit when we have so many options around with better ice creams.. person on the counter was not looking for more customers..
