After having tried their dishes via delivery, visited the outlet to explore more of their dishes. Located on the first floor, near the Jain Temple in Jayanagar 4th Block. It wasn't crowded when we visited and we got the seating for our group. We tried the following: Nati Kothimeera Soup, Natikoli Rasam, Drumstick Chilli, Babycorn Pudina Dry, Lemon Chicken Dry (boneless), Hura Kara Chicken (boneless), Bale ele Pomfret, RNR Special Chicken Boneless Biryani, Akki Roti, Paneer Kothimeera Curry, Mushroom Donne Biryani, Watermelon Mojito, Kulukki Cola, Goli Soda, Mint Lime Juice, Double ka meetha, Crystal Roll and Elaneer Payasam. All the starters, Soup and Biriyani were served quite quick within few mins of ordering but the akki roti and the side curry tool quite a while. The taste of all the dishes were good, especially the boneless chicken dishes had small chicken chunks and cooked to perfection with right balance of spices. The Bala ele Pomfret was spicy though which dominated the taste. The one thing I didn't like was they don't serve Ragi mudde with any saaru and need to order it separately. The prices are good for the quantity and taste. Staff are good and friendly, helping with suggestions and recommendations.

Rachana - good service and food was tasty. We got free dessert from the faculty for the restaurant anniversary. Service was good

I am writing a review at the Jayanagar location as I don’t have an option to write a review for the Nagarbhavi branch. Please pass on the review. I ordered from Swiggy yesterday night and it was quite disappointing. There was no proper chicken piece in the biriyani. Hardly there were 2-3 bones with some chicken here and there. Really pathetic. It feels so odd to write like this but actually I have paid for it and it was such a good restaurant from where I have ordered multiple times. But this time it was worse.

Such a horrible and irresponsible response I got when I visited with my parents. Over the call, they say it's available. Once you reach the elderly lady climbing the stairs, they say it's over. Above that they say called center people informed you, not us. Blaming somebody? When do these people learn and who will teach them what it takes to be in the service industry?
