The food options were good and interesting. The ambience was really good. The only drawback was the service which lacked when it comes to being on top with food service and needed reminding the person about our order. Also had to tell multiple times to get us normal water. Otherwise overall things were good.

Food is good. Service needs to improve. The waiters don't even know the menu properly; couldn't recommend me the right dish. Kept forgetting water refill even after 2 reminders. Conveniently forgot salt and ketchup requested.

Very careless service. Nobody cares to serve. Just bringing food and dumping it on the table. it was about to fall a few times. And overpriced average food. You expect this is a dhaba but not a fine dining place. And the restaurant was half empty on top of that. Even after that such a service. Had chosen this as I thought Pravesh with decades of experience would have arranged a good experience. My verdict is skip it and rather go to some place like Chulah Chauki. They have more attentive staff and quicker service. These people don't even match that apart from the show off ambience.
