not worth the hype. staff is very rude, arrogant and ignorant. guy at the reception just smirks at you as if you are stupid. girls in pink dresses think that they own the place and you are there to oblige them. food is same as you get in Roxie. nothing new apart from waterfalls which are so loud that you can't have a conversation. if I talk about service, it is hideous. we ordered dimsums which had Hair in it. we called the waiter and he didn't know what to do. then some so called senior came and took the dish away. no appology, no acknowledgment. they brought the same dish again after 45 mins.

The service is tooo bad man we expect to be happy atleast a month and go out for dining and these people react as if they own the place I asked for basic comfort that is fan , i was made to change the table 3 times and still no fan . It was my birthday and you guys ruined it for me had a bad experience with your team arguing for fan highly disappointed.

Great view, normal food and Pathetic service They dont clean the dirty floor properly Especially manager Pronoy (at least he said he is the manager) he is so rude, not coming to this place again. Not worth it

very poor service and wait time is too long even after reservation. There was lack of proper cooling fans in waterfall area making whole space too hot and suffocated.
