I ordered egg kaccha thali... But the mixed sabji was very little amount compared to the overall high prices... Although I experienced my home food but obviously it's a little bit costly...

I visited Roy Hotel yesterday on a recommendation, as it is said to be famous for non-veg food, especially fish, being a Bengali restaurant. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The service was extremely slow, and the fish curry we ordered was not fresh at all. It seemed like the fish had been fried days earlier and kept aside. When my brother and I tasted it, it had a strong unpleasant smell. On top of that, the prices are very high compared to the quality and quantity. A very small piece of fish fry costs ₹120, which is not justified. Cleanliness was lacking, and the overall service was quite poor.

It is worst restaurant for eating on daily basis. I don't know why people have rated them 4 *. They are not serving food, it just a torture. Multiple times I ordered in a hope of better taste but every time the it was tasteless. Anything u order either veg or non veg, it's just a waste, multiple times I have ordered and thrown out in garbage. Food is not healthy also. I strongly recommend everyone not to consume their food, it's not a food, it's torture.

Meals are good but was very disappointed with katla kalia only one piece that too overcooked n gravy is not enough for one person .There should be zero rating for these kinds of orders delivered see the photo when placing order and what I received . Waste of money

I went this restaurant ,in mutton biriyani they gave just one pice of bone when I asked them they said yes only this much will be given,I left the meal on the table and paid 350 Rs,I will never go there again,

Today i had ordered chingri malai kari . On sat doi katla through Kundan. Both tasteless and far from Bengali cuisine. Shut down ur outlet. Very poor quality and taste of food
