the food and the service was really good.. I mean yummy ! but the only downside was the lack of air conditioning.. it was a hot summer day and all they had was pedestal fans which make more noise than they blow actual air ! we ate quickly and left early only for this reason

To the Management of Sanchez, I am extremely disappointed with the experience my family/group had at your restaurant. Despite repeatedly informing your staff that our entire order was strictly vegetarian, we were served chicken baked potatoes. This is a very serious mistake and completely unacceptable, especially when dietary preferences were clearly communicated multiple times. What made the situation worse was the response from your manager, Benjamin. Instead of acknowledging the mistake and offering a sincere apology, he chose to argue with us and responded arrogantly by saying that we could “go complain to FSSAI or anywhere else.” Such behaviour reflects a complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and customer courtesy. For many customers, vegetarian food preferences are connected to religious beliefs, ethics, and personal values. A mistake of this nature cannot be treated casually. We expected basic accountability, concern, and corrective action from the management, but unfortunately received none. I hope the restaurant takes this matter seriously, improves staff training, and ensures stricter handling of vegetarian and non-vegetarian orders to prevent such incidents from happening again.
