Absolutely disappointing experience. We had booked a table at Satya’s one week in advance, yet upon arriving on time, we were casually told "no booking is showing." The staff even showed their mobile screen to prove it, as if it was our fault. Why isn’t your system in sync with the platform we used for booking? We came with high expectations, only to be let down right at the start. Eventually, we were given a so-called “rooftop” space which turned out to be a tiny room with no TV or ambience, completely different from what was promised. Despite booking well in advance, there was no priority or courtesy shown. It seemed like only walk-ins or those who directly paid Satya’s were given importance. What's the point of offering a reservation system if it holds no value? This experience ruined our evening. No support, no apology, no accountability. Would never recommend Satya’s to anyone. Truly regret booking here.

Since we are regular to sathya's. Today we were of 5 people today in the afternoon around 1PM, the food was very worst... Andhra style chilli chicken was totally different from last time it was full of chilli sauce and leaves, chilli chicken which we hd last time was excellent and what we had today was worst, we ordered pepper chicken it was too sweet and no pepper only in that.... then we ordered chicken 65 it was all of ginger garlic paste nothing else.... we called the captain or steward and told the complaint, they told chef comes in the second shit, so we need to adjust.... Operational manager or GM Please look into it.

Typical local bar with brewery seating. Food was not good. Fish fingers was salty, chicken ghee roast which seems to be their legacy dish seemed not fresh. For main course ordered roti and chicken mince curry which was recommended but curry was average. Location and parking options are what makes this place attractive. Would not recommended if u r looking for a good quality place.

no tissu paper' given tissue was jus kept on table without any Holder or box. , bad service and also table allotment is randevous n too partial. even though I'm a regular guy. note: The guy who stands at entrance for table allotment is rude!
