As someone who searched for good Jain options, I had heard really good reviews of this place. From their website it sounded interesting too. But the actual visit was disappointing. The Jain options were ok, the noise was like a fish market and there was no 'service/help' as such. I saw the staff once, they wanted me to pay as soon as I was seated. After that not once I saw them looking around to see if people were comfortable. For the steep price the food is average and the ambience, mainly due to the noise, is not good.

It was an average experience not very satisfactory.Momos and spring roll were too oily. A few curries for roti were not tasty. Biriyani was good. Pizza served was really tasty.

Sorry to say that Sattvam has really lost its touch. I myself have dined here at least 10-15 times before. Apart from the slowly deteriorating quality of food, I never had many complaints. Today,however, I can say that I will mostly never be going back unless they make some drastic changes. I understand it’s a Tuesday night and there are only many people dining out on these days. But if there are only 4 tables occupied in a restaurant that easily can seat 50-75 people shouldn’t the service and attitude of staff as well as attention to detail be much better. The looks of judgment and disrespect in the tone of the staffs voice was simply intolerable. I have never experienced anything like this in all my time dining there. On top of that the food was aged and tasted stale as if prepared weeks in advance. All in all a disappointing experience, one of my favorites turned sour. Hope they can step up and learn from this because in the end we are paying guests and we hold our money to a certain expectation and standard when we dine here.

menu offers a good variety of dishes—some were quite nice, while others felt just average. The ambiance is pleasant and welcoming, but the taste of the food could definitely be improved, especially considering the high prices. The place also seemed understaffed, which caused delays in service. Overall, decent but not fully worth the cost.

Extremely unhygienic place. While waiting for our ice cream, we saw a huge rat running towards the kitchen area. Cleanliness and safety is of utmost importance, request the restaurant to do pest control. We are paying almost 1K per person, this is not acceptable. Food was also average tasting.

Very unsatisfactory experience. Food was not good and service was even worse. Please avoid on weekends as there is a lot of waiting time inspite of prior reservation. Very understaffed and overcrowded so it's very difficult to get proper service. Not worth the money

Very bad service ... paying around 1000 per head for the buffet with such bad service is totally unacceptable Taking in more customers than they can cater Food is good but everything is delayed . Would never come here in a weekend again.

Been here on the day of Christmas.Spread was really bad .First time I didn’t even like a single dish including Gajar Halwa.1947 spread is so good compared to this one and even taste wise .I don’t recommend this place at all.
