Overall, it was a great experience. The taste was also good, and lots of varieties were available in all categories. I would recommend it for a family visit again!

ok ok Food but service was so bad.. no smile , no nothing.. even when we asked for water it felt like a charity.. the guy just placed the water bottle on the table when he was looking at the other table... felt like it was a charity food.. service not the worth the money we pay..

It was an average experience not very satisfactory.Momos and spring roll were too oily. A few curries for roti were not tasty. Biriyani was good. Pizza served was really tasty.

Sorry to say that Sattvam has really lost its touch. I myself have dined here at least 10-15 times before. Apart from the slowly deteriorating quality of food, I never had many complaints. Today,however, I can say that I will mostly never be going back unless they make some drastic changes. I understand it’s a Tuesday night and there are only many people dining out on these days. But if there are only 4 tables occupied in a restaurant that easily can seat 50-75 people shouldn’t the service and attitude of staff as well as attention to detail be much better. The looks of judgment and disrespect in the tone of the staffs voice was simply intolerable. I have never experienced anything like this in all my time dining there. On top of that the food was aged and tasted stale as if prepared weeks in advance. All in all a disappointing experience, one of my favorites turned sour. Hope they can step up and learn from this because in the end we are paying guests and we hold our money to a certain expectation and standard when we dine here.

Worst place to go for celebration with your partner. Basically less than 3 people they won't respect you ask you to leave as fast as possible. Even though you also pay same amount. But if table has more peoe they will let you eat till you want. They made us leave the table within 1 hour. And asking infront of everyone to leave us and laugh around us too.

Very bad experience. Not a single item was hot. Service was very poor that too on a weekday, not sure how they'll handle customers on weekends. Starters were all cold and the taste was also very bad. This is for job Nagar branch. Worst part, water in the finger Bowl was also cold. Very bad experience.

Extremely unhygienic place. While waiting for our ice cream, we saw a huge rat running towards the kitchen area. Cleanliness and safety is of utmost importance, request the restaurant to do pest control. We are paying almost 1K per person, this is not acceptable. Food was also average tasting.

not a great experience, limited and cold appetiser’s, pizza taste was bad, though they agreed to get it to table and served warm one. pasta was only saviour. most of the rice options were so cold that they could compete with salads.

Food is way below the average. Curries also not have any salt or spice. Very blunt food and it’s only hype. Will never suggest to anyone.
