I found it expensive for the food served. the spread was very limited. . Main course was also so not so great. For vegetarians there are many restaurants who serves much better spreads.

Visited Sattvam, Whitefield on a Sunday and honestly, it was a disappointing experience. I had called in advance to check if a reservation was needed and was told it wasn’t. Still ended up waiting for a table, which already set the tone. Once seated, a staff member explained the buffet flow, but what was promised didn’t match reality. Soup never came. Kids’ French fries were mentioned but never served. Starters were extremely limited, literally one piece of each item, and we had to repeatedly ask for refills. Service overall was slow and uncoordinated. It felt like the restaurant was clearly overbooked and understaffed, but instead of managing entries, they kept taking in more people, which affected the experience for everyone. Moved to chaat and main course hoping things would improve, but the taste was average at best. Nothing really stood out. Ended up paying around ₹2000 for two people, and it just didn’t feel worth it at all, neither in terms of food nor service. The only positive was the valet parking staff, who was polite and welcoming with a smile. Would not recommend visiting on weekends unless they seriously fix their crowd management and service quality

My new year lunch wait after booking a table and following up ended up with a 1 hr wait with my 84 and 76 year family members. No one showed accountability nor empathy. The year started with a wrong note.
