Solid Andhra flavors at reasonable prices!" Visited Shanmukha last weekend with family and had a pretty good experience overall. The restaurant has a decent ambiance - nothing too fancy but clean and comfortable. Ordered their signature Shanmukha Special Biryani and some Andhra chicken curry. The biryani was definitely the star - perfectly cooked rice with good spice levels and generous portions. The chicken curry was authentic and had that typical Andhra tang to it. Service was prompt and staff was courteous. The pricing is quite reasonable for the portion sizes they serve. It's clear they focus a lot on delivery, but the dine-in experience was satisfactory too. Would definitely recommend it if you're craving some authentic Andhra flavors without burning a hole in your pocket. Will come back to try their other biryanis

The biryani here is so good that we go very often.. even Kadhai paneer is very nice..location is prime

The food was not great, but it was okay overall. It was really spicy, so spice lovers will definitely enjoy this place. The Shanmukha Special Boneless Biryani was really good—I would highly recommend it. However, the Chicken 555 was not good; the onions and capsicum seemed spoiled and tasted off.

food was great but not service. saw a cockroach on the chair beside me, which shows how great their maintenance is. can't imagine how bad the kitchen would be.

Prices have increased significantly, but the food quality has clearly dropped. The paneer special biryani had very few paneer pieces and was mostly filled with vegetables, which was disappointing. Instead of proper raita, they served plain buttermilk. The gravy was watery, cold, and lacked flavor. To make matters worse, the food itself was served cold. Overall, it does not justify the price being charged anymore.

so rude staff....., giving even 1 star is waste ...we have been here before,but this time I felt its worst, unresponsive staff...cockroches were roaming around the table....everything should be asked like even for a small spoon....no proper hospitality..... very unresponsive manager name: Ali I would strongly recommend not to come here and waste your money... so much disappointed..

The food was fine but the customer service was very bad. I had booked my table and they still made me wait for 45 mins and allotted tables for people who came without table booking before me. The staff was not responsive and the guy in the black blazer. Ig he's the manager was not at all bothered. Overall a very bad experience. never gonna visit again

we waited for one hour to have biriyani. Very bad service and delay of food. we went there at 3pm and got food at 4pm.
