We usually place our breakfast orders here , love their food , delicious and tasty 🤤💫 But there is no enough place in the mornings a little bit crowded, The best thing is their prices are really reasonable and worth the food . Good restaurant for veg lovers, must try .

The hotel always sends inadequate Sambar irrespective of the quantity of Idly Vadas ordered, consequently we are unable to enjoy our meal Today the package was not sealed

Ordered masala dosa, keshri bhat and tea. Taste wise not that great; in masala dosa salt was on the higher side, keshri bhat was fine. Expect better.

I am a regular customer to shanthi sagar. I love the food, cleanliness but off late it is become very messy due to the construction work. Lot of infected stray dogs around the area and beggars The service is very poor. The bearers are always very very rude. They snigger at customers at times and mock at people who cant talk kannada. I used to be victimized many times but because of the excellent food taste and quality and wanting to come back I used to keep quiet. This morning I was annoyed. They give lot of preference to zomato, swiggy and parcels not to people like us who stand and wait, hungry and with time constraints. I was busy to rush to hospital and the server who gives us the food made me wait for over eight minutes shouting at me and with his ego I watched him pack over six parcels disappointed. I am also a diabetic patient, educated, doctor by profession and they do it to us and what about others? When I told him that I am late to reach hospital and will have to cancel the order if there is a further delay he threw the coupons on my face. I helplessly went to the cashier and then told him he is not the owner to treat us like dogs. We have paid the money and we are regular and we are ladies and we cannot be treated with disrespect. I heard one person saying talk in Kannada properly and all were laughing. I took my food served with disrespect and giving respect to my food I ate it with lot of disappointment waiting to report this matter to you. I want to meet the owner and report this. With such a good reputation of the quality of food and cleanliness the workers will destroy the business by their arrogance and attitude. I am greatly disappointed. I hope this complaint will not demotivate or antagonize the reputation of the restaurant with it excellent food but service needs to be improved, waiters should give priority to people waiting to eat, ladies, special needs and elderly. They know they are full and have customers but soon this will loose its charm if the workers continue like this. Already the idli shop opposite is filled with customers and I have watched without eating there how respectfully they treat their customers. Lots of people have already commented about the arrogance of the workers. Why cant cameras be inserted facing them and they can be watched. There is only one in the customer's side. Complaints always should be taken seriously and with a positivity for a better future.

Cashier is so rude he sometime uses foul language against customer and tea maker says he cannot get a plate for you to carry 3 teas and 3 coffees. No wonder Shanthi Sagar is closing there branches. Management better train and discipline your staff otherwise you will end up closing all branches. Shameful service. Pathetic. Poor. Arrogant

i clearly mentioned that not to make spicy they sended me too spicy unable to eat and i order for mushroom noodles they send me Schezwan noodles instead of aalo Puri they send me pani pooriand i clearly mentioned to send cutlery as m at office bt they didsend evn that got wrong order very disappoint

I had ordered a vada pav for takeaway. Found a hair strand in the vada pav🤮🤮 So unhygienic . Never going to Santhi Sagar again. Pathetic experience

Food is pathetic. Found cockroach in dosa palya. They should maintain their standard. Hygiene is horrible.

Quantity is less hardly 6 cubic of paneer, taste like nothing no taste waste of money
