the food was good but there was little bit delay however the lemon juice was not that good we informed the same but the manager removed the bill which was very good thing

Ordered mutton haleem from here on the occasion of Eid. Loved the smooth texture and the taste. Quantity was also sufficient.Worth trying!

The ground floor space is small. It's a basic restaurant in terms of ambience. I had the chicken platter and biryani. It was good.

Food was good. Order was not delayed. But their service is not up to the mark. There is no handwash facility available. That's pathetic.

I had a very disappointing experience with this restaurant. I ordered 5 chicken biryanis, but only 4 were delivered. When I called the restaurant to report the missing item, the staff initially told me that they would send the missing biryani only if I paid again after delivery. I had already paid ₹1928, so this was unacceptable. After I questioned them, they agreed to send it without extra charge. However, the experience got worse. When I started eating the chicken biryani, it had a very bad smell, like gas or something spoiled. The chicken seemed not fresh and was not safe to eat. Overall, very poor service and low food quality. I would give this restaurant 0 stars and do not recommend it to anyone.

Was a fan of Nalli Nihari and Biryani here. But the quality and service has gone down super low. Was very disappointed with whatever I ordered. Mutton gravy the meat was super hard, service was bad, i advise please give your waiters some training to explain menu, to take down orders than to try to remember the order and serve something else. Response time is super bad. One lemon took 15 minutes till then my food got cold, simple lemonade i had to ask litrally 5 times in span of 20 minutes. It feels bad that once i enjoyed this place then most but I would rather else where next time. Known for Biryani unfortunately this time it dint taste like biryani. Felt waste of time and money this time

The food served was uncooked. The time taken to serve food is unending. We order roti , mutton gravy and rice. When we informed about the mutton being hard and uncooked they took it back and made us wait forever. After waiting for a longer while n duration they brought the gravy . But whats the use we already had to finish our meal with plain rice. And the bland behavior of the staff to not even apologise for the pathetic service is unimaginable. Worst experience *VERY WORST RESTAURANT*

Even after booking a table the waiting time was over 40 min. The rumali roti and wheat roti were stale, it tasted like as so they have been storing it from over many days and reheated it right before serving. It's a waste of money but the mutton biryani thaal was good. Also space is very small and cannot accomodate more than 20 people at once.

One of the worst biryani I have ever had in my life and more over they’re not accepting Zomato gold I have even paid twice one my worst service I have ever faced. Thank you Zomato I will never come back .
