Had been to basaveshwar nagar branch and they sent me here as they were out of biryani and had to wait for an hr, The place is new and needs improvement, There is no water in the restroom and coming to the food it was it wasn't hot enough.

I would like to bring to your attention a concerning experience I had at one of your partnered restaurants. The server at the restaurant was forcing me to place an order even though I was not interested. Furthermore, the server insisted that I should not make the payment through the Zomato app, claiming that the restaurant had already sent four notices to Zomato requesting to cancel the partnership, and when I declined, he argued with me in a very disrespectful manner. This behavior was unprofessional and made me very uncomfortable. I request you to look into this matter and take appropriate action. It is important for users to feel safe and respected when using Zomato partner services. Taste is very good but not the service.

Most of the food were unavailable. I had order mutton biryani which had so much of salt and the starters were also ok. The staff there don't know anything about the food, offers, menu, and some even don't know the timings of the restaurant. I am not blaming the staff here but atleast they should be taught this basic things from the hotel manager or someone who is in a upper position. Ambiance was nice and good.

⭐ Overall Rating: 1/5 – Extremely Disappointing Experience 📍 Restaurant: Sharief Bhai Biryani – Nagarbhavi Outlet I usually love Sharief Bhai Biryani and have had great experiences at other outlets, but this Nagarbhavi branch is a complete exception and should be avoided. ⏰ Service: ⭐ 1/5 Service was very late and unprofessional At 8:30 PM (dinner time), most food items were not available Staff response was poor and careless 🍽️ Food Quality: ⭐ 0–1/5 Biryani – NOT AVAILABLE (unacceptable for a biryani place) Mutton dishes had a bad smell, completely inedible Sheek kebab (chicken & mutton) – worst taste Roti – very bad quality Salad (onion & cucumber) – clearly old and stale Juice – tasted old and unsafe ✅ Only Exception: Chicken Wings – ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5) 👉 Surprisingly good and worth it. The only positive item. 🧼 Hygiene & Cleanliness: ⭐ 0/5 Washroom smell was horrible, feels like it was not cleaned for more than a week Dining area hygiene is very poor Broken glass served — extremely dangerous Overall cleanliness is not maintained at all 🏠 Ambience: ⭐ 1/5 Ambience is not maintained Tables, surroundings, and general atmosphere feel neglected 📋 Menu Availability: ⭐ 1/5 Very limited items available Most menu items shown were not served ⚠️ Important Note All other Sharief Bhai Biryani outlets are good and known as one of the best biryani places. 👉 ONLY the Nagarbhavi outlet is bad. Disappointed with the experience The biryani was delicious and definitely the highlight of the meal, but everything else about the experience was disappointing. The wait time was excessively long, and to make things worse, the restroom was stinking and poorly maintained. We were also denied the combo offer that was advertised, which felt misleading. The service was below average—plates were just placed on the table with no spoons or assistance. Additionally, the menu listed drinks by the pitcher, but when I tried to order, I was told they don’t serve pitchers. While the food was good, the poor hygiene, long wait times, misleading menu, and lackluster service made the experience far from enjoyable. I hope the management makes improvements because the biryani deserves better!

Please avoid this place guys Nagarbhavi this is a scam biryani where they serve 2 day old good. Please avoid guys. My kind request. We fell so sick that we had to pay 10k bill for hospital after food poisoning. Tables and floor was so so dirty. Restroom and hand wash was very dirty. The guys serving food literally insert the left hand fingers into the bowl. Yuck it was so bad we just left the rice as it is . Eating half of it caused food poison and full plate would have cost us life I think. Always go to a place where they freshly cook. Not like these cheap franchises. Overpriced cheap food

I visited Sarrif Bhai Biryani Nagarbhavi with high expectations, but the experience was disappointing. The biryani that was served did not taste fresh at all—it felt like old, reheated biryani. The rice was dry, the aroma was missing, and the overall flavor was below average. For a place known for biryani, this was quite unexpected. I hope they improve their food quality and serve fresh biryani in the future.

I have booked the table by district after having the food at the time of payment the payment was of 733 then I told them that I'm paying it by district then they change the payment by 733 to 1085
