Had the ghee roast chicken here which is apparently highly reordered but it was quite bland, the neer dosa tasted eggy? I find it to be highly over rated.

I wish I could give the person at the service desk who took our order a zero rating. Being in the hospitality industry, such an attitude—especially when a customer is giving humble feedback about a mistake—is truly unacceptable. I had heard good things about Shetty Lunch Home and was excited to try it, but our first experience turned out to be a complete nightmare. I wouldn’t recommend this particular location to anyone. I had specifically shown the staff member an image of the type of squid I wanted from their menu, and he confirmed the order. However, what we received was far from what was promised. While we did enjoy the neer dosa and prawn ghee roast, the laccha paratha was a dry, half-cooked layered tandoori roti, and the chicken puli muchi was drenched in artificial red food colour. When we shared this feedback after paying the bill, the staff member simply said, “Okay, thank you.” There was no acknowledgment, no apology, and no concern shown for the poor experience we had. Such an indifferent attitude is extremely disappointing and unprofessional for someone in the hospitality industry. Overall, it was a terrible and frustrating experience.

Sharing the review for 12th April Lunch: Went there after seeing quite a bit of promotions on Instagram. Being a lover of South Indian coastal food visited with high food. The food severed here was of the lowest of quality. Being a fan of prawn ghee roast. It was a total let down. In fact the prawns were stale due to which both of us had stomach infection. Totally bank opposite of experiences from Anupam coast. Would recommend to skip and go for Anupam coast for a better seafood experience.

⭐ 1/5 — Terrible Service & Cold Food Waited an hour for Chicken Ghee Roast and Prawns Chukka — both arrived cold. Majjige Dosa came after a long delay, but Neer Dosa never arrived at all. When we asked the staff, they casually said they didn’t know when it would be ready. The manager just stood there, shrugged, and offered no apology or solution. Absolutely no sense of responsibility. Will not return — extremely disappointing experience

The food is not up to the mark. They use stale and old ingredients. You can feel the bad taste in your mouth. Not worth the money also.

Fish is uneatble....it's disgustingly unclean, smell very bad, and tastes utterly foul. other food items were also below average.
