Went for my anniversary dinner here. Ordered the makimono platter (california roll, dyna and spicy tuna), Malaysian sambal chicken, Har Gao and Siu Mai, Yuzu semifreddo for dessert. I absolutely loved the sushi and sambal chicken. Siu Mai was how it should be but I feel that the Har Gao lacked flavour a bit. Also ordered two cocktails. Service was a bit slow but not bad at all, although was a bit surprised when we were told that some of the items were not available, not expected from a fine dine restaurant during peak dinner time. Also one suggestion: Please provide a variety of sauces, in today's age of competition that too in a city like Bangalore, serving only chilli oil with dimsums doesn't really suffice. Overall a good experience and would definitely visit again!

We went for the unlimited sushi and dimsums lunch and to be honest, i was disappointed with the quality. The food was not great. Sushi was very bland. Extremely regular tasting, very minimal kind of food. The service was extremely slow. They don’t serve some items on the menu for the Unlimited lunch, despite requesting them to bring those dishes. Probably because they’re giving unlimited food at Rs. 1500… But that’s not an excuse to reduce the quality of food and to not live up to your offer. Not happy

The coconut soup with dumplings was great. It was rich in flavors and balanced to the right amount (5/5). However, the rest of the food was below average. Too sweet. The portion size is way too small(2/5)

There was no one to assist us when we came. we had to literally find the floor manager to get us a table. There was huge rush and utter chaos. The food was average in the set menu.

This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in the city. Despite a reservation, we waited thirty minutes to be seated — shuffled between staff members, none of whom seemed to know where to put us. If you can’t honor a booking, don’t accept one. Once seated, we were handed a limited “Valentine’s Day” menu with no mention that the full menu was also available. We only found out later by asking. The staff were clearly overwhelmed. The food matched the service. Dishes arrived cold after long delays. The salmon was overcooked and dry. I had to ask three times for a glass of water. Eventually, I left without eating the last course I’d paid for — it simply never came. I’d heard good things going in. The reservation management, the food, the service — all deeply disappointing.

Horrible service! We booked a table at 8pm, got seated at 9:30, food didn’t arrive until 10:30, and they didn’t even give us what we ordered! We asked for seaweed sushi and they gave us Avocado sushi, and asked us to adjust instead of fixing our order. We had to remind the staff 4-5 times to just give us the menu.
