This is a great place for an overall good restaurant experience. This means that we are talking about a good family dinner, a date night, a solo outing, and so on. The food is great and it is served quickly. The service was great but not exceptional. The starters were amazing and should not be missed. The parking might be a bit of an issue due to the limited space outside. Opt for this place if you prefer a traditional restaurant with no frills. You cannot go wrong with your choice.

Honestly the place was great on our first visit! Food was amazing but this is our fourth or fifth visit perhaps and the quality of the place has gone down. Let’s talk about the service first, either the servers are too friendly or just do not care at all, we’ve had an experience of waiting to get back to our food while a server kept on talking and it’s not like we don’t enjoy a good conversation just not while having food and FOR such a LONG time. Then there’s one experience where the server was just plain rude. We asked for the soup to be served first as a choice and he retorted back saying “toh for baki ke khane ka kya? Cancel karu?” And we were like “hein?” Now the ambience, place is well lit but you’ll be attacked by mosquitos from under the table for sure, if you ask for help the servers will plainly say they don’t have any mosquitos repellents and the ladies washroom is a disaster! Honestly all and all food is okay but if the service is improved and the staff is a little well mannered then the place might be a good choice to consider.

Food was ok ok but service is pathetic...we got seats onky after 20 mins wait and there was no AC too hot inspite of telling them 3 to 4 times they dint do anything...not worth time and money

Worst shiv sagar in the history of shuv sagars. These people are just fooling customers by using Shiv Sagars brand name. It is an absolute abomination of a restaurant where the service is brutally slow and the waiter is completely disinterested in understanding your order. I never waste food no matter how bad it is but this was worser than bad! The pav bhaji was dark red and full of chilli. Completely inedible. The exotic veg sizzler had no sizzle in it. No sauce was provided separately. They dont know a thing about running a restaurant and this absolute waste of a restaurant should not exist at all! I would like to receive a call from the owner so that i can give an even brutal review on the call. The worst place in JP nagar. Stay a 100 miles away from this c grade food joint.

Worst service Ever....Went to have breakfast with 6 people family. Sat in 8 seater table because I had elderly people as well. The manager insisted that we sit in a 6 seater. I refused but he continued to insist to sit in 6 pax allocated table only and reasoned out that today is Sunday. I could see literally that the occupancy was less than 10%. We felt like we were insulted and left the resturant. They didn't even tried Stop and the manager continued to argue even after we said we will complain Is this the way you treat ur customer.

We went there for lunch on 15th July. The baby corn starter we ordered was fully rotten. Spoilt. Smelling. That’s enough to leave a literal bad taste but this restaurant’s staff does not let anything bother then. They have pure zen in their aura. Nonchalance at its highest. So casual even after complaining. Ofcourse they removed the spoilt food from our table and didn’t charge us for it. Will give them a star for it. But no sorry, no apologies even in their mannerisms. Like nothing ever happened.

Very Bad Burrito. They don't even put rice in the Burrito. simply a tortilla and beans. Even after calling the chef they refused to accept the mistake.
