The food was mediocre at best. Service needs improvement. Dinner was a bad choice here but their breakfast is good. I'd suggest skip this place for lunch/dinner and go to Vembanad at the same hotel, which is absolutely amazing.

The service is little too irresponsible. had to ask for everything, first menu then to take order then to give beverage menu then take order, then even a soup took 30-45 minutes to arrive, then dimsum served without schezwan, mayo, soy dip etc, then another starter served too late, then we waited for long for pasta, again asked to get pasta then somehow they served byt that was not properly boiled i.e. so chewy. The manager asked about it and we said we'll manage bcs we had 18 month old baby who was getting impatient but he insisted and said will correct in 1 minute but again they took 20-25 minutes to get another pasta, meanwhile we asked for frech fries for baby and they kept saying yes they are bringing it. the new pasta was even more tender and by the time the manager disappeared. then the pasta served without oregano and chili flakes we asked then they gave. somehow i ate few pieces coz i was hungry and my baby was getting fussy. at the end we cut the cake and did the billing. even till then french fries didn't served. then we left and my baby was yet hungry. overall ambience was good buts thats it. i have never seen such slow and irresponsible service ever.

Terrible Easter Brunch at The Paul This was hands down the worst Easter brunch experience we’ve had at The Paul. The food was subpar, the service was extremely slow, and the staff seemed completely disorganized. The buffet counters were barely refilled — it felt like they had no interest in keeping things running properly. To make things worse, the place was swarming with flies, which is completely unacceptable and unhygienic for a buffet. The only person who showed any effort to help was someone named Sunil or Suresh — not sure of the exact name. We’ve attended their Christmas and Easter buffets in the past and had a much better experience, but this one was a total letdown. Definitely not going back. Thanks for ruining our Easter brunch.

I appreciate the variety of options offered in the vegetarian buffet, especially the chaats and desserts, which were quite enjoyable. However, I felt that the overall taste of the main dishes could be significantly improved. While the selection is decent, enhancing the flavor and quality of the core vegetarian items would make a big difference. It would also be great to see a broader range of dishes to cater to diverse vegetarian preferences. At this point, I wouldn’t personally recommend it for a vegetarian buffet experience, but I hope to see improvements in the future.

Like every year i order Rum Infused plum cake. But this time it was just horrible. I had to call them some 5-6 times to order the cake. Nobody would even call back. After i received the cake, mostly the rum was poured on the normal plum cake. It tasted pathetic. I order this every year. It was soo disappointing i couldn’t even eat it. The upper layer was completely soaked in the liquid. Had such a horrible experience.

We have been a regular customer of Sidewalk. Both Pizza and pasta were big big big disappointment today even getting it replaced. Looks like time to moveon from this lovely place

food quantity was so less. just 4-5 small pieces for 500 rs..not at all worth
