last 3 to 4 times also when booked through zomato and went they say the service isn't available and had to go to 1st floor family dining, where the food also is not good and last time had to return back as place wasn't there inspite of booking

I would never visit this place again. 1st the service is so poor that the order takes 40mins to come. 2nd we asked for veg Manchurian and veg pizza. After asking for our order post 1hour they said our order has not been placed. 3rd After that also we kept our patience and kept waiting. After 30 we received our order of Pizza. when we were about to eat we saw some chicken chunks. We did not had anything after waiting for 1.5 hours also. It is pathetic service. Sujeet sharma the manager has such a bad approach towards the guest and don't accept the fault at all. It was our last visit to this place. I suggest not to visit this place ever.

Never visit a place for a chill out evening..they will spoil it so bad. one starters take 1.5hra to come and top of that they serve chicken to the vegetarians. if you don't check your food you will eat non veg dispite of being a vegetarian. Worst service staff.. Manager Sujit Sharma is incapable of handling guests.

it took 1 hr for a dal Kichidi to be delivered. 0 coordination between management and staff . Hospitality should improve if not this reasturant will not survive for long .
