I had an extremely disappointing experience with the service, particularly with the staff at the billing counter. The person handling my order was completely unprofessional and rude. I clearly ordered one sizzler and one iced tea. However, I was incorrectly billed for one sizzler and two drinks. I even clarified that I only wanted one drink, but he ignored my instructions. When I realized I had been overcharged—around 700 instead of the correct amount, which was closer to 500—I approached him to ask for a bill. To my shock, he refused to give me one, claiming that there was no bill and that I had asked for two drinks, which I had not. When I pressed him for a refund or a proper bill, he became increasingly rude, refusing to take responsibility for his mistake. Instead of resolving the issue, he told me to “take the drink or leave it,” and that I wouldn’t be getting my money back. It took me 15 minutes of arguing and threatening to complain before he reluctantly gave me 200 back but demanded 20 rupees in return, which made no sense. His behavior was appalling. He lacked basic customer service skills, was rude, and seemed completely uninterested in solving the problem. This kind of attitude is unacceptable in any business. Management should either train him on how to speak to and respect customers or consider letting him go. His unprofessionalism left a lasting negative impression, and I would not recommend this place until the staff’s attitude and service improve. This version emphasizes the poor service and unprofessionalism while maintaining a firm and clear tone.

I have never tasted such a pathetic good at a food court in Bengaluru. We had ordered 1 portion of noodles and Gobi Manchurian combo and 1 portion of rice with chicken lollipop combo.. Gobi Manchurian was reduced to salty cornflour and chicken was raw Inside the chicken lollipop. Add to that the rice and noodles have no taste of their own. We were extremely hungry so we ate anyways but the price of this food was what added salt to injury. I guess they were taking price only for the smoke coming out of the food in the beginning. Please improve the quality of food and nexua Koramangala if you are listening do something about this place.

Easily the WORST sizzler we have had till date. First they overcharged us by asking us to pay more than what is mentioned in the menu. The oriental sizzler was what we ordered and literally all the rice and chickens was burnt as no cabbage was added to prevent it from burning. Then one guy behind the counter said there is a buy one get one offer on Virgin Mojito and then this guy goes and puts it in miniature glasses of hardly 120ml and gives us. Never going to Smoke till things get better. The management of Smoke should look into this otherwise they are losing customers for sure.

Ordered a spicy arabiatta sizzler, veg and it was pathetic. Tasted like some spicy soy sauce where the focus is on increasing the spice level and throwing out all the flavour. Should’ve read the reviews before ordering. On complaining, the person at the counter had the response: this is what we make, it’s like this only. Don’t eat here.

If there were an option to give 0 stars, I would have done that. 400 rupees for a chicken sizzler and you get one tiny piece which tastes like eraser, with three potato wedges and absolutely negligible amount of gravy. We ended up paying only for the rice. Absolute waste of money, do not eat here if you value your money.

If there is an option for zero stars or negative ..will give that..500 rs for a veg sizzler special of day..small portions , zero taste .. 1 manchurian piece , Gobi had zero Taste and only boiled …why did I not read the reviews ..waste of money… feels so guilty to eat here and wasted money

DO NOT EAT HERE. Hopeless sizzlers and noodles. Barely any salt added to the food. Charging 500 for something which is not edible is bad. They’re unapologetically expensive.

We ordered chilli chicken sizzler. Chicken pieces were Inedible and noodles were bland. The overall dish was devoid of any flavour. Complete waste of money.

pathetic food waste of money. don't know how to prepare authentic food. some food so spicy you cannot eat and some so bland you don't want to eat.
