Date of visit: 29th October'23 while I must say Abhima's assistance was great but I would like to see water bottles being available at this outlet and if not that at least water to drink in a glass should be available

I am a repeat customer here, when ever I come down to airport stop in for a hot chocolate and croissant. This is on 21Feb2006 around 6.50AM. I ordered an Ecuador and paneer croissant. After waiting for 10 min, I was asked to move from a seat I had already occupied to another seat and I was not comfortable as there were a group of people talking loud near to the one seater. Nidhun your service person was rude when I told him I was not comfortable moving and he told me it’s a 4 seater not for one person to sit, you can make it a takeaway. This was supposed to be a good start of my day, I left cancelling the order. Just ruined my entire day.

Faced low-key RACISM at Smoor’s KIAL Terminal 2 outlet at Arrivals. We placed an order and waited for more than 15 minutes. A couple of white-skinned foreigners came in and placed an order- and voila! THEY were served RIGHT AWAY. Other Indian patrons such as yours truly were made to wait as well. On the eve of Republic Day in 2025, it’s great to know that homegrown Desi Patisseries still pander to such behaviour.

Terrible service and food. Repeatedly asked them to reheat the order. But they were engaged in talking to each other and did not pay attention. Ultimately the food was cold when we opened it. The packaging was terrible as well. The quality was also stale.
