We celebrated my in-laws’ 48th and our 10th anniversary at Ibis Hebbal, and the experience was fantastic! A big thank you to Irfan for the seamless arrangements, Saurav (who came on his day off!), Nantu for being so attentive throughout, and Neal for the smooth coordination. The food was top-notch—especially the biryani, chicken curry, and starters. Even the vegetarian spread (often overlooked elsewhere) was delicious and of great quality. Special thanks to the valet team for managing the cars so well, even in the rain. Our entire family had a wonderful time and couldn’t stop praising the hospitality. Highly recommended!

Of all the ibis restaurants we have been to , this one we would rate as Best . Mainly the service and Food. Amazing Food , Amazing Service (Special Thanks to Miss Durga for great hospitality throughout) and very pleasant ambience.

We went in for a lunch buffet, the food was good and the quantity was more as well. Overall good experience for the price given !

Most of the food was undercooked and the quality was not upto the mark as expected from Ibis! If you'd consider this a positive review and a chance to improve, we'd love to come back! Thank You 🙂

Pathetic service and pathetic food. I booked a table for 2 (normal booking) but staff said only buffet is available. I agreed but buffet didn’t have enough options and whatever they had were all cold because as per them the buffet timing was till 3pm. I questioned then why we were allowed to sit for buffet at 2:50pm? Then the staff made 2 snacks just to cover up. By that time I was done as the food was totally bad. Zero star.

IBIS Hebbal is sorry version of IBIS bellandur. Overall, disappointing experience. luckily, availing 50% discount on Zomato was silver lining. In the hindsight, such steep discount was a red flag
