Sree Krishna Kafe has been a pit-stop for me for some time now for every time I crave delicious south Indian food without having to wait in a queue (especially on a Sunday morning). When you enter this place, the notice asks you humbly to not waste any morsel of food. They take their food seriously, you can tell. If you are visiting on the weekends, you are in a treat for their weekend-only Idiyappam with Coconut Milk and Veg Stew. Ah! To die for. Once the Idiyappam is soaked with coconut milk, it turns into something divine. Try their Vada Sambar, Rava Onion Masala Dosa and the bestselling hot Pongal. Finish it up with a nice cup of Filter Coffee (or Horlicks if you are eppang-oppang-chappang enthusiast like me). Parking is an issue here, so reach early and you can hopefully find a spot on the road opposite.

We visited here on a Sunday evening and were pleasantly surprised with the food and the service. We ordered ghee roast masala dosa, ghee idli, pudi masala dosa and filter coffee. It was an amazing experience!! The dosas were dipped in ghee, were crunchy while idli was soft and we would not change anything in the coffee. The chutneys were great and complimented the dosas and idli perfectly. The only thing not good for us was the sambar. It tasted bland and the sole reason for knocking out 1 star from this review. Overall a good place to visit when you are craving south indian food.

You have to opt for this place if you are looking for a good authentic South Indian meal without burning a hole in your pocket. The sambhar is not sweet and that in itself can act as motivation to try some South Indian food in Bangalore. The food was served very quickly and tasted great too. The service too was incredible. The ambience may not be up to the mark but that is not really the point of this place.

It was simply awful. The hygiene has degraded abysmally. Now they serve on banna leaves (kudos for that)but the servers hand with gloves touch everywhere. Literally everything and they serve you with that dirty gloves. They are v rude too when you request you will take it on your own. The food taste and quality has deteriorated sadly. Unappetising Cold sambar .. the place is too small to accommodate food people delivery and waiting people for table. You’re surrounded by standing hungry people looking at your plates with rude waiters and manager is not even sorry for the bad behaviour or if we get the cold food 40minuted late. A PLACE TO AVOID if don’t wants bad mood on a Sunday morning. There are lots of good breakfast restaurant in Bangalore…

The manager of this establishment is very rude, he came to our table and started shouting for a very petty reason. He acts a thug, and is very rude to customers. This place serves great Tamil food, but beware of the manager, the owner needs to teach him a little of customer service.

Used to be the go to place for Tamil food in Koramangala . The food quality has completely gone down the drain . Each item was average . The dosa was over roasted , sambhar is watery , coffee is bad . Poori masala was probably the only edible item. Very disappointed.
