One of the legendary outlets in Banashankari! My favorite breakfast joint since two decades! Located right in front of BDA park, you have ample amount of space to park your vehicles & even to stand n eat on both sides of the road. Renovated recently but still the place is overcrowded in the morning! Staff is very friendly. Firstly I love their super soft idlies & iconic vada! Second thing I love at this place is kesaribath which is just too perfect! Love their filter coffee as well 😍 If your looking for a delicious South Indian breakfast,it is the place to visit for.

Went to this highly-recommended place yesterday morning for breakfast and it was bustling with visitors. We tried their idli vadas which were delectable to say the least! The idlis were so tender and soft that they almost melt in your mouth. Interestingly, they serve these only with chutney and without Sambar. But the chutney has a nice stinging flavour of coconut and spices, making it a perfect accompaniment. We also tried their kesari bath which was loaded with ghee, but a tad bit high on sugar. Ended the meal with a nice and stronf filter coffee. Highly recommended!

The best Idli Vada in South Bangalore. I’ve been eating here for more than 25 years and the taste has pretty much stayed the same. Soft, melt-in-your-mouth Idlis and crispy Vada combo is a must try with the chutney. Their Khara Bath and Filter Coffee is great as well. 5*.

Have tried all possible idli vada with chutney shops all over bangalore.... Brahmins, sn, veena stores, taza thindi, etc etc and come to the conclusion that nothing beats slv. It's been that way for 25 years. Great work guys....

Visited Sri Lakshmi Venkateshwara coffee bar for a Sunday breakfast. Ordered idli vada. Chow Chow bath, masala dosa and coffee. First thing I tasted was the chow Chow bath! It was good! And then the vada! It was crispy and great. Idli...is good too... nothing much to say... masala dosa is tasty too! Not drenched and dripping in oil/ghee like the trendy dosas these days 😅. The gatti chutney with the dosa was really tasty....filter coffee was ok...a little watery for my liking...but that maybe because it didn't have any instant powder mixed in it. But at end of the breakfast, the only negative I could find was the watery chutney...which is not as tasty as the gatti chutney.... overall a nice place for breakfast! Highly recommended!

Busy buzzing place !!! Do try the chow chow bath it's really really good ...rates are very affordable and they accept only cash no card payments... Very neat and tidy hotel and very pocket friendly !!!

Rushie place,you can have awesome breakfast in effortable price...must try karabhath and idlly with vada... one different thing compared to other restaurants is they serve only 🥥 chutney.....

This restaurant used to be one of my favorites from 2006. I used to eat almost every week in the late 2000s. And continued to eat here very frequently up until recently. Last week my cousin got parcel of 2 idly and 1 vada for me. I ate 1/2 idly and only to stop after finding a dead cockroach in the chutney! I thought they had maintained good hygiene standards but its been proved wrong now!
