Initially they told offer is applicable only on few days.. later someone else came and he told that offer applicable today also. Again she told classic hot coffee is not there as it was free. We bought something else also. Finally she gave classic hot coffee only but it was full of sugar.. No use of giving offers where customers are treated like this. This was happened at Shantiniketan mall branch.

I would like to share my feedback regarding my recent visit to your outlet. I ordered one of the newly introduced drinks under an ongoing offer on the Distinct app, but the overall quality and taste were disappointing. The beverage tasted diluted, with very little flavour, and was served with excessive ice, which reduced both the quantity and taste. Considering that the total amount paid was ₹803, I found the quality and value below expectations. I request the management to kindly review the preparation and quality of this drink. As the product did not meet reasonable standards, I also request you to please consider a refund for the amount charged. My intention in sharing this feedback is only to help improve the guest experience. Thank you for your understanding.

Very bad experience. Even roadside cold coffee is much better. What I got was more like a milkshake instead of cold coffee. Even the cappuccino was tasteless, just flat milk.
