Had a really pleasant experience at Starbucks. The ambiance is calm, cozy, and perfect for catching up with friends or getting some work done. Terrible experience. After i finished the coffee and opened the lid to shake the ice at the bottom, i found a fly. Someone at the store told me “Ma’am its not a cockroach its a fly”. I dont know if that response was supposed to make me feel better. I was given a coupon to calm down, i returned it as i was not interested in going back.
