The staff tricked me into buying a keychain for the 50% offer. As per the offer tnc on district, its not mentioned anywhere that its required to buy it for the offer to work. I was gonna buy the coffee only which would have costed me less with this offer, but the staff persisited that we need to buy either a keychain or a reusable cup for the offer to work.

The staffs are fooling everyone stating souvenirs are free ( Mug,sippers) by saying we just have to add the mug to the bill and will be discounted towards the end and will have to pay through district if in case we deny they compelled us saying the discounts wouldn’t not be applicable discount

no point going to this outlet. It's at airport and they always say that district scanner is not working so they can decline the offer to the customer. I am sitting at t1 right now and they have told me the same thing...useless jerks
