Starbucks - the name itself is more than enough to attract you for a short stay in order to read books, work for sometime and just enjoy their offerings. But this outlet is special because the whole Starbucks experience exceeds one's cafe experience. Generally people will post reviews regarding food, drinks, ambience and so on. But this post of mine is to appreciate the great customer service experience provided by - THE STAFF!!!! 🙂. They are super friendly - know how to treat every damn customer well (I have observed this!). I generally have Iced Americano ( apna Black Coffee) in any cafe and you know the taste would not change from cafe to cafe. But I ensure that I stop by here after buying books from Blossoms for a quick book read just because I feel welcomed here ♥️. Thank you for this amazing experience.

Good place to sit and relax.coffee and snacks are really good. It is well located in church street. Difficult to fina a place to sit on weekends. But the coffee and ambience makes up for it. Really love d the place.

Starbucks has a whole world in itself. You enter and you're transformed into this different version of work-chill-hangout vibe. Someone's highlighting their scuool books, someone is engrossed in that thriller novels, someone is selling their startup idea and someone is just catching up with an old friend over a hot cup of mocha. I have never seen a better cafe ambience than Starbucks anywhere till date. The smell of fresh coffee, good songs in the background, beige and coffee colour tones around and just a bunch of non judgmental strangers. If only the coffees here weren't priced at gold rates, I would happily give it a 5 star!

Just another one of the starbucks outlets. This place is spread over two floors. The service is decent. The location is the best psrt about it. You cam stroll along brigade road and then enjoy a nice cup of coffee here.

Got a chance to visit this place when they had an offering running. Outlet is spacious and the location is strategic. Have a walk around MG road and take a quite break at this place.

The caramel machiota was good. The berry cheesecake was great. But, I think both of them were a too expensive. Even the choco chip cookie i have had on some other visit was 200 rupees. But, the quality of items were mediocre.

Starbucks is my usual place to go, but my first visit to this outlet wasn't good. I ordered cappuccino which was too sweet that I had to order again and ever after that it was almost the same. Also I got keema wrap which was very normal and basic. Not worth money!

Firstly for 2-3 mins, there was noone at the counter. After that taking and giving the order took a long time. It was Saturday night and expected the staff to be more ready for customers but didnt have a great experience

Me and my friend went there on 4th may 2025. When We asked about discount through district app, the receptionist lied that they stopped providing offer the day before. Later I saw another people using district app for discount. Since we already paid by that time, we didn't tell anything. When we sat on the cubicle area on the first floor, they told us to move from there to some other seat as it is'reserved'. Later we saw a lot of people coming and sitting there even though other seats were available. They didn't 'reserve' that area. Also, when we went again for ordering, they didn't even start preparing the order ( chocolate milkshake) for another 20 min, and I had to ask again and again for the order. I have been to other starbucks in Bengaluru. There the staff was so nice. I do not know why they behaved like this here.
