This starbucks is my favourite. it's the best place to sit and think and enter a zone for me. There is a very personalized nature to the staff here that is different from other outlets. I have been coming here for almost two years now. Go for personalized butter croissants, lovely muffins, great cold brew coffee, and my regular caffe latte. This coffee is something you learn to love, just like the lovely folks here. Vanitha, Muhammad, Manju, Bulbul always made my visits wonderful.

Loved the way Starbucks treats its customers... The staff are friendly, which makes the place feel comfortable and welcoming. The atmosphere is calm and relaxed, and it’s not too crowded, so you can actually sit , enjoy your coffee, and have a peaceful moment.

I visited starbucks today and i had one of the worst experiences. I was greeted by a lady named vineetha i believe (i might be wrong with the name) and she was extremely rude to me. I have never had such an encounter before ordering my drink. I just want the faculty to know that such a bad experience can ruin a customer’s day

coffee machine wasn't working and they didn't tell me while placing the order.... ordered cold coffee and they gave me plain milk with froth after I asked them is this cold coffee then they said the machine isn't working and asked me to wait 30 mins so they can make new one

Food and Beverages are worth the money but sitting furniture is very bad e.g. if 4 people order coffee and snacks there isn’t enough to keep all the ordered food items
