So I went there with a friend and thought a quiet time of tete a tete (pardon my french) as fate would have it , it. Wasn’t a place for two individuals to chat, it’s was more like Co Works, lots of corporates doing their work (no problem with that at all,) but just in case if folks are wondering if they want to have a quiet time, not happening, at least the time we Were there 3-6 pm , the rest was all good

The service is really good, however at times the seat are limitedy as people with their laptop working occupy most them and at times we wish that they could work from home so that people who wants to have some time sipping coffee could have a seat :)

Dishonest staff, pathetic service and a non responsive district manager! I am a regular Starbucks customer (gold member since last few years) have order several times at stores and through Zomato. I have a dog and generally get a free small pup cup (whipped cream) when I go or order online. I was told today to my surprise that the policy has been changed by Starbucks and they will charge 35rs for pup cup and was confirmed by another employee (who said she was store manager, which I later found out she was not). I called the customer care and they said there was no policy change as such and still many stores offer the complimentary puppuchino/babychino. By that time the real store manager who then came, said they still offer complimentary babychiono for kids and offered to return the money (which I refused). I don’t know why I was lied to by two employees (for mere 35rs). I tried escalating to the district manager so that this is taken care and doesn’t happen again but Mr Franklin did not return / pick up my multiple calls (he certainly seems to have more imp things to do than solve for customer issues). This is certainly not a good experience for me and not an integrity move by your store. And there is no use to have a district manager for customer care resolution if that person doesn’t bother picking up calls (and cancelled multiple calls. Pathetic behavior and service. Attached is the bill.

From the beginning of holiday season drinks only ONCE i have seen gingerbread latte available here. From past 3 weeks they keep saying it will be restocked or out of stock. Worst part is they havent even updated their numbers on Zomato n google. Pathetic service.

Store has gone old, not renovated for last 5 to 7 years, tables are broken, oven goes bad every now and then, billing system hangs :(
